 Applicant must provide signed copy of IRS FORM 990 for most recent completed Fiscal Year, in order to verify budget.

 Groups unable to provide signed Form 990 will be billed at the highest non profit rate.
            Load In/Rehearsal Rate $750 (12 hours)
  Tech / Rehearsal Sam Day as Show $300 (8 Hours)
  Overtime $75 per hour

For-Profit Organizations
Performances $1,500.00 ( 5 hours)
2nd Performance (Same Day) $750.00
Load In/ Rehearsal Rate: $1000 (12 hours)
Tech / Rehearsal Same Day As Show $500 (8 Hours)
Overtime $150 per hour

Special Film Screening Rate

Monday - Wednesday
(includes House Fees & Projectors)

$900 per show

Summer and Mid-Week Rental Rate:
(July 1 through August 31st and Monday-Wednesday year round)
All rental Days $600
House Fee per Show: $350
Additional Same Day Show: $175

Deposits
$500.00 security deposit (refundable)
50% on Signing of Contract (non refundable)
Final payment is Due 30 days prior to event.

Front of House Fees
Box Office Personnel, Ticketing Set-up, Servicing,
ticket printing, House Manager, Ticket takers,
Ushers & Maintenance Crew $350.00 per performance

Lobby Reception Fee $20.00 per hour (2 hr min.)

Merchandising Commission
     Client will staff merchandise sales and pay 15% sales commission

Videotaping for Commercial Use or Broadcast $600. Flat Fee

Security $41.00 per hour per person (4 hr. min.)

A Security guard may be required at the discretion of the management or requested by the client and be paid by the Lessee.

Fire Marshal $40.00 per hour per person (4 hr. min.)

Fire Marshal must be on location if production requires any smoke or haze machine as well as any special effects that are of a flammable nature. All production elements must be approved by the Colony Production Manager. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to schedule the fire marshal before first use of smoke/haze/special effects.
